Mr. Narayanan has over 18+ years of experience in Service and Retail Industries, he is passionate about Strategy planning & execution, Transformation of Traditional HR into Digital Platform, Policy formation as per business need, Performance monitoring, Payroll and Compliances, Competency management. He has worked with companies like Adecco India, Reliance Industries, Group Landmark, his last employment was with one of the leading Auto dealership of Delhi NCR as Group Head HR. 

Ms. Priyanka Chandani is the Founder of  “Sparklers: The Global HR Solutions”

She brings 14+ years of experience in Human Resources with a verifiable record of accomplishments, she has expertise in Heading Functions of HR Business Partner, Talent Management, Talent Acquisition, Capability Building, Employer Branding, Automation, HR-Benchmarking – Processes & Systems. She has got strong exposure to building talent acquisition framework & driving recruitment planning process for organisation and bridging their talent goals within set timelines & at optimal price points. Prior to entrepreneurship, she was working as Head HR in Group Landmark and managing full spectrum of Human Resources processes and services.
